• Pre-Assembly Check: Students will be inspected before the assembly to ensure they are in the correct, neat, and complete uniform. Those found in improper or incomplete uniform will be asked to submit their Handbook to the volunteers. A record of the uniform default will be made in the Handbook and sent to the Principal’s Office for endorsement.

  • Defaulter List: Students who fail to comply with the uniform guidelines will be registered in the Main Uniform Defaulters Entry Register and will face appropriate consequences.

  • In Exceptional Cases: If a student is unable to wear full uniform on certain occasions, they should still avoid wearing casual clothes and make efforts to wear at least part of the required uniform.

  • Photo Submission for Forms: When submitting application forms with photographs for attestation by the Principal, students must ensure that the photo is taken while wearing the school uniform.

  • Request for Improper Uniform: Students in improper uniform must submit a written explanation to the Principal's Office. Such requests are allowed only once per academic year and must be accompanied by a valid reason.

  • Uniform Maintenance: Students must ensure that their uniform is in proper condition with no missing buttons, and safety pins should never be used.

  • Birthday Exceptions: Students from KG to 8th grade may wear civil dresses on their birthday and can join the choir for a special greeting during the morning assembly.

The uniform should always be properly fitted, well-maintained, clean, and the footwear should also be in good condition.
